Since the first human being set foot on this planet, the love of music developed in them. Earlier it was the sound of the wind and other natural elements which pleased them with the sounds they created. It wasnt long when humans showed signs of a desire to create music by their own will. The passion became so intense that at least they achieved in creating musical instruments and today we have the most advanced technology to create any kind of music we desire. The Gospel music is one of the most spiritual and soothing music. Although it is known as the creation of the African Americans but a wide audience listens keenly to it. The Gospel Tuesday in Harlem receives a huge crowd every week with people flocking from all parts of the city to listen to the greatest music ever.

The Harlem gospel Tuesday is the music which contains the word of God. At all times it is used as a medium to praise the God Almighty. The music varies in tunes and styles based on the culture of the nation singing it. The African American version of the Gospel is known to be the most liked style in the world today and it can always be heard during religious celebrations. The change from a Sunday to Tuesday was planned because of the other church activities. The change came as a surprise at first and people thought it would be difficult to attend on a Tuesday. But after the inception people felt it more comfortable to attend on the changed day than the regular day which was followed throughout the years.

The Gospel Tuesday in Harlem is presented by the VY Higginsens Mama Foundation for The Arts & Welcome to Harlem where you get an hour of amazing performance by the famous teen choir of America. Every Tuesday at 12pm the hour long performance by the choir is a breathtaking experience for the attendants. The choir started their journey to the country wide fame with their first appearance in the 60 minutes which was aired on the CBS channel. Although they managed to make it quite far in the program but victory could not be grabbed at it. It did not break their zeal and enthusiasm in their mission to be the best singers of the gospel. They carried on to practice harder and made another appearance in The Celebrity Apprentice.

This time the show was aired on the NBC channel and the hard work of the choir paid off. They became the 2012 winners of this challenge and were instantly crowned as the best singers of the Gospel. Now they are the main attraction of the Harlem gospel Tuesday where people travel for hundreds of miles to see the group live in action. If you have not been to New York before, then finding the gospel is not a problem because it is just a block away from the famous Apollo Theater and the Red Rooster. Once you reach there, you will surely find where to attend the mesmerizing performance.
