Low temperature incubator is Ergonomic, intuitive interfaces, microprocessor PID controls with programming options, pre-heat chamber technology, dual auto-defrosting system, UV disinfection, precisely tuned and tested ventilation and insulation package, all supported by Weiber solutions-based sales and service representatives worldwide. Forced air mechanical convection provides uniform heating, precise temperature control, and fast drying through the use of a blower that circulates heated air in a horizontal airflow pattern. The digital advanced adaptive microprocessor control system ensures superior temperature accuracy, and the PT100 temperature sensor offers unmatched advantages in repeatability and stability over extended use.

All incubator units feature a stainless steel ventilation cap, two doors (one solid, one glass), high temperature grade foamed silicone rubber door gaskets, over-temperature and over-current protection, and sensor error detection. Units are constructed with a durable, powder-coated steel exterior, stainless steel interior, three stainless steel shelves, and glass wool insulation. A locking mode assists in preventing unintended temperature changes. Units are also equipped with an internal 110V outlet for auxiliary equipment. It has Soft touch controls for temperature and UV is easy to clean. Tuned PID control ensures fast ramp time, prevents over-shoot and ensures stable temperature once set point is achieved.

Auto-running disinfection after start up and during testing process as well, is adjustable to meet different requirements. UV light functions stops when door is opened and resumes after it is closed.Bright LED displays mounted at top (not base) of the device are easily read from across the laboratory. 2 shelves are included. Directly mounted shelves increase usable chamber space.Diagnostic functions in the microprocessor include historical read-out of temperatures. Low temperature incubator ,Diagnostic menu provides read-out of all sensor inputs and controller settings. Service can be carried out from the front. All electronic components are isolated from the work chamber and easily accessible for replacement.

Forced-air convection with an optimal cross flow type fan is provided for excellent uniformity. One electrical outlet with safety cover allows use of other electric instruments in the chamber. Optimized sample inspection through tempered inner glass door without affecting chamber temperature. Separable shelf and rounded inner chamber corners for easy cleaning.They are ideal for testing Biochemical Oxygen Demand of sewage and waste water.
