Kensington High Street

oThe heart of the area and home to several Kensington hotels, shops, etc. Kensington High-street is probably the most frantic areas in Greater London and houses various big-time firms. This is actually the perfect destination to shop til you drop.

Kensington Roof Gardens

oThe largest roof gardens on earth. Kensington Roof Gardens can be used from Kensington High Street via the old Derry & Toms shopping mall (which now houses Marks & Spencer, Gap, and H&M). Here you will find a Spanish-style yard, a Tudor-style garden, and an English woodland yard. The woodland yard has over 30 kinds of trees, a feat considering that these trees only have a meter of soil to grow. The Gardens has a clubhouse and a restaurant.

Some other well known tourist destinations are definitely the Royal College of Music, the Natural Science Museum, the Science Museum, and the Albert and Victoria Museum. Kensington is a truly history and (dare we say it?) romantic place thats full of life. Decide on your lodgings among one of the many Kensington hotels and start vacationing. Have a good time!
