My mother is 22 years older than me, but since I was 20 years old, we always mistaken as sisters, that make me awkward. So, in a long time, I hate go out with my mom, I hate the proud smile when people praise her.
It is so weird that my mom never uses any expensive skin care productions, but her skin is very young. One day, I asked my mom what her secret to keep young is; she smiled and said keep happy. I was confused with this answer, because in this fierce competitive society, obtain happy is too difficult, and born in the poor family, we always need to worried about money. At that moment I found I knew few about my mom, cause I living in the school and never have a close talking with her.
I tried to know more about my mom, so I use one day to observe her , I found that she laugh heavily when she watching TV and all the TV show she watches are comedy situation which I thought are rubbish. I watch it with my mom that day and found that they are so funny and I felt relax when I watch them.
Except for watching comedy situation, my mom have many hobbies, she likes flowers, but have no money to buy them, so she begin to crochet them by the wool cord which she bought from the online shops. She can make all kind of amazing handicrafts, she said her dream is run a handicraft shop, so she persist on make handicrafts every day, and has accepted many students from our neighbors. My mother also digs the old tree root to make wooden embellishments while others treat this as the firewood. She collected our old clothes to make shoes, bags and other decorations. The handicrafts are full of our house and always attracted others eyes. Most of them are given as gifts to our relatives. She always do childish things ,that is talking with the works she made, for example she made a hello kitty and every night say goodbye to it , and when my father press it , my mother will be angry with he. But Im now think my mother is very cute and know how to enjoy her life.
I found my mother is very optimistic no matter what problems she met; she always keeps a good mood. I remember when a was very young, we cant afford the expensive tuition, my never saw my mother cry or plant to give up us , she brought many handicrafts to our school giving to my teachers, hope they can give several days for us to raise money. All of the things are popular among our teachers.
My mother said people are born for solve problems, so when she meet them, she will not avoid it. To keep young, just cultivate hobbies and be optimistic is not enough; the most important thing is enjoy our life. That means, we need to have ability to finds beauty and appreciate them. No people was born for complain, unhappiness, so does the happy and fortunate. Everything is controlled by us.
Old is the greatest enemy for women, many of them expecting to keep young by using the expensive skin care. But in fact, a woman without stronger inner power is like the cheap ink pad which can only oppressed by others. Let us do something make our heart become younger, because the real age is in our mind.
