Rates of properties in Noida situated near Metro stations are touching the sky heights while the development in expressway and other new areas will take much time.

Veneet kumar singh, the EVP and Business head of 99 acres says the flats of 1 bhk in sectors situated near metro stations are of costing around 50 lakh. At this time the rates of 2 bhk flats on dadri road is more than 50 lakhs however this area is far backward from the point of view of infrastructure and other facilities. At this time the supply of affordable housing is very low and demand is very high in the property market of NCR.

Co-founder and CFO at TaxSpanner(advisory firm on investments) Sudhir kaushik says the rates of new developing areas or location in NCR are yet in the reach of common people however the infrastructure development may take some time in these areas. Deadline of property development in new areas is also a matter of concern which causes problems to people.

Premium market of property in Suraj Kund is developing. Near vicinity to Delhi and being a tourist place the rates of property here is going out of the budget of common users. On the other hand Vaishali and vasundhara of Ghaziabad are also in this race. The rate of 1 bhk is around 30 lakh and 2 bhk is more than 50 lakh in these areas. According to propequity, in order to buy an affordable home in Gurgaon the annual income should be between 8-47 lakh , 5-32 lakh in Noida, 4-19 lakh in Ghaziabad and 3-37 lakh in Faridabad.
