Korenix is delighted to announce its JetNet 3008 and JetNet 3008f copper and fiber switches have successfully passed and excelled the testing requirements for compliance with EN 50121-4 Railway EMC and e-Mark standards. The excellent performance results of the switches assure that they combine all the heavy-duty hardware and intelligent software functionalities set by the standards, and thus are eligible to be used for installation in railway tracksides and moving vehicles across European region.
The EN 50121-4 standard defines the limits for emission and immunity and provides the performance criteria for signaling and telecommunication equipment used in railway trackside and platform deployments, whereas e-Mark is the approval mark of vehicle and safety components and is mandatory applied to member states of European Commission.

About JetNet 3008 series
The JetNet 3008 series are Korenix 8-port entry-level switches designed with 6 Fast Ethernet and 2 Copper (JetNet 3008) and 2 Fiber (JetNet 3008f) ports for data transmission in flexible distance applications. The fiber switch models are capable of extending data up to 2KM or 30KM through multi-mode and single-mode fiber optics. Furthermore, the supported broadcast storm filtering and QoS packet forwarding functions guarantee excellent data transfer performance.
