Ceramic is known for its high elasticity, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance and vibration of the material. Ceramic can work in temperature range up to -40 ~ 135, for the thermal stability and thick film resistor. With high precision and stability of the measurement, Electrical insulation level > 2 kv and the output signal is strong and long-term stability. High characteristic, low price of the ceramic sensor will be the development direction of the pressure transmitter.

Diffusion silicon P1200 pressure transmitter is working by pressure acts on diaphragm (stainless steel or ceramic). Pressure makes diaphragm produce displacement, which makes resistance value changed. By the electronic circuit, value is tested and converted into standard measurement signal which is corresponding to the pressure.
