1.You had to make deposits of 50% rental at the time of reservation.
2.You had to make deposits $500 in cash or Cheque as a damage deposit. It will be refundable if the trailer is not damaged.
3.Balance rental is due at the time, and the pickup is from 01:00 PM to 04:00 PM (From Monday to Friday) and from 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
4.The reservation deposit will be forfeited if the contract is cancelled.
5.The company is not responsible for any injury.
6.Smoking is not allowed in the trailers if found penalty to be paid as per the norms.
7.Pets are not allowed in the trailers.
8.Renters are not permitted from using the roof or carrying anything on the roof. If any broke the rules the fine, damage deposit and repairing costs are applied.
9.$50 will be charged as an additional charge if the storage tanks are not emptied and another $100 will be charged if the trailer is returned without cleaning.
10.Trailer renters are not responsible for any damaged occurred to the vehicle while towing the trailer.
11.No refunds entertained for early returns.
12.The hirer is responsible for repairs.
13.All accidents to be reported to the Police as well as to the trailer rental provider.
14.Any Personal property within the trailer is the sole responsibility of the hirer (Customer) risk.
