Next hit the Circle Brewing Company, they have a Brewing Philosophy and all of these beers follow the German Purity Law, malt, hops, water and yeast are all you will find in their beers. Some different beers to try here are, the ENVY Amber which is a perfect balance between malt and hops, BLUR Texas Hefe which is perfect for the Texas hot summer nights, or the NIGHTLIGHT Irish Stout, both rich and light, with roasted oaky flavors.
