In todays competitive business environment we need systems which are adaptive to changes and easy to integrate with other systems. Best techniques have been developed and used to prune business processes which need continuous up-gradation and value-addition in their deliveries to customer.
In this paper, we articulate an integrated model that allows the real-world business processes to identify and share their practices with each other and help in improving delivery year on year. Our approach uses data collection, evaluation, interacting with respective stakeholders for identifying Generic Practices and documenting the approach for periodic execution. Periodicity is set to a year through the paper but can be defined by the organization. Though the organizations work in a dynamic environment that renders the historical practices redundant in many of the cases, the understanding of the delivery team in handling probably even obsolete situations is useful tool to overcome a future challenge posed by a new constraint, raised out of changed environment. The approach documented in this paper could be applied to identify the best practices amongst available set of practices implemented at varied time and complexities.
