International Orthodox Synagogue
It has been critical to allow each family to keep their religious traditions and spend Shabbat close to where they were staying. For the first time in Orlando, the Kosher Hotel has an International Orthodox Synagogue within the hotel itself, as well as a full time Rabbi. Although other Rabbis staying at a Hotel may run their own services if they so desire. Our close proximity of the Synagogue allows that when you come to stay for Shabbat or any other Jewish Program, such as Passover or Hanukkah, you only have to walk from your room to the Synagogue.
Kosher Restaurant
Located within the hotel is our Glatt Kosher Restaurant, served by their own dedicated Meat, Dairy Chalav Yisrael and Parve (Vegetarian) Kitchens. The restaurant is run by Executive Chef and Glatt Kosher Butcher -Justin Cohen of Cohens Deli, located within the hotel as well. Cohens deli is a joint venture between the hotel and the deli itself; the menus are comprehensive, (made to order packaged meals are available, and may be delivered to the local theme parks).
Hotel Amenities
The hotel has wonderful kosher amenities throughout including a dedicated Shabbat elevator, Shabbat locks and, a Synagogue. The leisure facilities within the hotel are also extensive and includes swimming pools, fitness center, childrens entertainment and much more. It truly is a wonderful place to have your family vacation or join one of the many religious events that run on a regular basis throughout the year. The hotel is the first hotel in Orlando that is kosher all year round. This has been a team effort, and massive undertaking the hotel management and owners have taken on to provide for the Jewish Community on a worldwide scale.
