This ocean front villa has high ceilings and spacious living areas that offer guests direct access to the beach. Patong Beach is approx 10 min walk or a 3 min drive, Surin Beach is 15 mins to the north and Kata Beach 15 mins to the south.
With its prime beach location, guests can take a relaxing swim during the high-tide, then during low-tide snorkel 100 meters out to explore the coral rock pools. Its rare to see any other tourists on the beach outside the villa making it a perfect choice if you in search of that extra seclusion.

The villa is 350 sq.m in size and has 3 spacious bedrooms all with Andaman Sea views as well as access to the villas balcony and terrace.
WiFi internet access is available throughout the whole villa and guests are free to use the on-site car park. The main bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the balcony and swimming pool and the villa's kitchen is furnished with modern appliances.
There is a large breakfast bar and an open lounge room with plasma TV and DVD all fully air-conditioned.

Guests at Patong Beach House will be collected by chauffeur from Phuket Airport and delivered to the villa, and then transported back for their homeward flight.
