Unfortunately, most bags that look good and have a great standing in society cost obscene amounts of money. Not many of us can afford to sink $1,000 or more on a single handbag or purse. Mind you, each lady needs more than half a dozen in their wardrobe. There is one for the office, one for the kitty party, one for your weekly shopping, one for dinner at the office and so on. You need a black purse for the little black dress, a shimmering metallic purse for the racy red outfit and oh, yes, lets not forget about that colorful taffeta dress youre wearing to the party. Now you know why women cant do with just one or two bags. Its also obvious that those who wear genuine bags are simply crazy or have too much spending money on their hands.
The only available option for the average middle class working girl (yours truly included) is the grey market or what they call fake bags. Granted, there are a hundred reasons to turn away from replica bags. They steal designs, they discourage authenticity, they pooh-pooh the concept of exclusivity and so on. Weve heard them all. But the only reason that appeals to common sense is the amount of money you spend on the originals. For most of us, originals are simply not worth it while fake bags are worth every penny you pay and then some.

So, there need be no qualms of others spotting the fakes, or the fake bags running their course in a week or a month. In fact, good fake bags will last until you are almost ready to throw them in the bin. What more can you want? They are cheap, they look great and they are your only option!
So, the next time you hear all that hot air about saying no to fake bags, just turn gently away and go your happy way, swinging your fake bag and chuckling at the foolishness of someone who wants you to spend half a years salary on a bag! The nerve, indeed!
