In an interview that we've recently shared here on Supravizio BPM's blog, Cassiana Bovo, business consultant and specialist in quality and strategy management, talked about the importance of mapping processes to continually improve the activities performed by the companies. The quality management specialist says that the usage of a BPM tool must be intimately connected to strategical planning on companies, so that it may be effective on the search for continual improvement of processes. "The adoption of BPM brings significant results on matters of business tactics and strategies, notwithstanding the size of the company, because it makes a script out of the process cycle up to its completion, makes it easy to control and monitor processes through indicators, promotes swift detection of nonconformities and progresses as it reduces administrative and production costs, sees to that information is not lost during activities and enables a quick vi ew over the responsibilities and attributions of each department", she completes.
