The rapid growth of Call Centre industry along with its developing competitive world forces the company owners to fabricate more strategies to be able to survive and be on top. There were a lot strategies made to look more appealing to the public eye. Strategies were carefully made to surpass competitors and eventually extract more profit. As I have observed the best Call Centres in the world, I made a ranking of the most effective strategies that Call Centres use.

The most appealing strategy for clients was, of course; the low call cost. Going back to global recession, practical people became more thrifty and extravagant ones became practical as well. The less call cost offered, the more attracted clients will be present. True having a Call Centre company was a great expense. Renting a space and afloat it with high tech equipments were really a lot, not to mention the fair salary for the employees. However, the company owner should think of the practicality of the callers and set the calls with an affordable rate.

Next in line was to offer services in different forms. Call centres was not all about phones calls, they can provide services in a diverse manner. Call centres were transacting originately through phones but like what I have stated earlier, Call Centre industry was in a competitive world, thus; strategies were on the road. Now, Call centres use live chats, email response, brochure requests and some other media to render their services. By having these, people can access the Call Centre easier because the company itself adjusts with the clients' preferences.
