subject: Different Ways To Arrange Your Canvas Photos [print this page]

How you want to arrange, or rearrange, your canvas photos, is something you want to consider before or after ordering your prints. However, if you have the benefit of deciding before, you can make more informed decisions about size, frame, theme and other options for your photos. Regardless of whether you are planning a new series, or you want to mix up the photos you have already printed before, here are some great ideas for how to hang them!

By Themselves

Hanging a canvas photo by itself can have a dramatic effect in the room, especially if you have it printed on a large canvas. This effect works especially well if the photo is of a sweeping landscape, however any high impact photo can look great hanging by itself on your wall.

In A Row

Hanging photos of similar sizes in a row can look great, especially in hallways. Theme your series, or mix it up - it doesn't matter. Experiment until you are satisfied with how they look on your wall. Consider printing all your photos in black and white, for an ultra stylish, timeless collection.

In A Group

Hanging photos in a group can look fun, modern, and spontaneous. Having some order to your chaos often creates a better effect though, so consider sizes and heights before you begin creating your collection. Planning on a piece of paper where each photo will go can save time and hassle.

On A Bookshelf

Having canvas photos on a bookshelf or desk can add personality and inject a little extra fun and color into an otherwise dull office. Consider buying your canvas on a shadow mount, so you can choose between hanging it on the wall and placing it on any flat surface.

Circular Canvases

Instead of thinking inside the box (or square) consider having your photos printed on a circular canvas! Circular canvases can look great by themselves or in a group. However you decide to hang them, a circular canvas is sure to catch the eye, and look great in any setting.

Remember, if you use easily removable hanging devices (such as 3M Command Strips), you can play around as much as you like. Your photos can be as much of a feature as you want them to be; dramatically painted walls can highlight a photo even more, or you can choose accessories for your home that highlight colors from your images.
