Program Prerequisites: Previous work experience in the IT industry OR Business domain knowledge of at least one industry & good communication skills. Program Duration: 35-40 Hours Program Fee: $750 CDN + HST
Course Objective: This program provides participants with an overview of their role and responsibilities, explore the role of a business analyst, how to create various diagrams and learn techniques to gather and document business requirements, how to manage the expectations and challenges posed by various customers and other stakeholders on a project.

This program is for IT professionals and Non-IT persons with some knowledge of computers. No programming background is required.
