subject: The Many Advantages Of Using Pressure Blowers And High Pressure Blowers [print this page]

Although both pressure blowers and high pressure blowers are extensively used in domestic as well as industrial environments, both have stark similarities as well as very obvious differences. Both these fans are used inside homes and industrial areas alike primarily as ventilators, air purifiers and also as effective air cooling systems.

These fans keep the surrounding air well-circulated and cause proper ventilation of the air inside a closed region, such as home or an industrial building, to keep the air fresh and healthy. Both these fans purify air by removing all those nasty air-pollutants present in the atmosphere around our homes as well as in the industrial vicinity.

A panel fan is designed in a way that makes it work equally efficiently in both these distinctive backgrounds. The fans used in the less demanding domestic settings have parts made of materials such as a slim and fragile plastic or metal. Their industrial counterparts on the other hand need to be more hard-wearing and therefore a long lasting and rust-proof metal such as steel is used to build these types of fans. Industrial environment is rough and unstable and hence to survive and function well in the demands of such a volatile workplace it is important that these fans have a matching robust structure and performance.

Ball-bearings are used to make the motors of these fans function smoothly and without making a jarringly unpleasant sound due to the friction caused by the motion of the machine as well as whirling of the blades. They also have adjustable motor belts which help in maintaining maximum speed and performance.

The panel fans used in industries and factories are made for stringent performance and durability and therefore their outer appearance takes a bit of a back seat. But although these versions may not be the fanciest looking, they are usually adorned with excellent enamel finish and made of an attractive steel body and propellers that not only add to their appeal but also make them extremely sturdy, stable, rust-proof and safe to work under the most adverse of the industrial conditions.

The duct fans are also used extensively in both the domestic as well as industrial environments alike. They are made of sturdy galvanized metallic tube inside which the fan is neatly mounted to rotate smoothly without friction or noise. Light-weight aluminium propellers are used in them since these are not used continuously over a prolonged period of time. Air-tight protective covers are used to save the belts and sheaves from many industrial pollutants such as chemical vapours, gases and smoke produced during the manufacturing process.

Both these kinds of fans are extremely important for a safe, fresh and healthy environment and they can be custom-made to suit the specific requisites of a particular environment or industry.
