Conditions for planning
Application Types:
There are a number of application types, with respect to law, for permission planning. The types which are elaborated in this article are the basic ones, which can be further sub-divided for giving of a precise planning permission. There are five application types:
1. Entire permission for planning: This type gives permission of entire development, all aspects of the process, from starting till the very end.
2. A planning permissions outline: This form of application is approved by the law on the basis of the outline or the draft being presented. If the outline or draft is found suitable for the development only then permission will be granted.
3. Reserved Conditions: This application is useable only when a certain aspect from the outline or draft has been missed out and it is quite significant. These conditions are required to be unique and particular with respect to the project.
4. Renewal of the Permission: This type of planning application is used when there is a major issue in the draft or outline or if there are dates involved for the project, which have expired or will be expiring; and the planning is not meeting the dates.
5. Removal of conditions: Planning and its permission are all about the conditions being involved for the process. These conditions vary from person to person and from project to project. The challenge here is to keep the conditions on a minimum-to-non scale. Because when you have a project in your hands you already have too much to do; you cant waste more time of the conditions for planning.
Conditions for Planning:
There are also a number of conditions involved in the permission for planning;
The plan should be commenced and completed in three years time.
Any environmental damaged caused within the process will be substituted.
The external materials and colors will be approved by the local bodies before commencing.
All these and such conditions need to be fulfilled in the drafting process, and before starting off the planning.
Many of such conditions are obligatory for granting the planning permission, the edges of the area being planned upon should be outlined with a red line to clearly define your boundaries.
Control (security) of any sort should compulsory be practice upon the site, if any security measures seem at fault or with loophole, they will be projected to fine. The project will not be started until or unless the entire planning for the project has been reached till the refined end.
The planning permission will only be granted when the entire planning process has been completed and is in an acceptable form and with the appropriate approvals from the concerned local bodies.
Certain projects are money bound each of such projects like a bridge; have their own respective planning obligations which are subjected towards the architects and need to be fulfilled before applying for planning permission.
