The airline has recently announced that it will organize an International Passenger Survey among its passengers to seek their opinion on a variety of important issues. The end result of the entire exercise will be that the airline will have data on every necessary piece of information regarding the demands and wants of passengers. This means that the collected data can be analyzed and then concrete steps can be taken to improve its own operations in line with the valid demands of passengers. SriLankan Airlines has also made the entire process of the survey enjoyable for passengers. The survey is not set to help SriLankan Airlines and in the long run passengers themselves but also has accommodation for a free return ticket for the winner of a raffle that will be conducted on all those who fill in the survey sheet.

The International Passenger Survey Form will be handed over to passenger by the crew and the experience of the passenger at every step of his SriLankan Airlines journey as well as his opinion on any room for improvement will be taken into consideration.
