Solution:
x + 2y - z = 3 (1)

First add equation (1) and equation (3)
x + 2y - z = 3
-x + y + z = 6
3y = 9
Divide by 3 on both sides
y = 3.
Plug y = 3 in equation (1)
x + 6 - z = 3
z = 3 + x (4)
Plug y value in equation (2)
2x - 6 + z = 0
z = 6 - 2x (5)
Equating equation 4 and equation 5
3 + x = 6 - 2x
x = 1.
Plug x = 1 and y = 3 in equation (1)

z = 4
