subject: The Top Management Institutes In Delhi - Reinterpreting The Ideas [print this page]

The experts from the top management institutes in Delhi, addressing a gathering of more than 5000 management students last week, concluded 'you can win over the world, if you can win your fears".

In very precise and clear words, one of them said that the most pernicious barriers and the most subtle ones that stop you from starting anything or innovating your company is the unwillingness to challenge the precarious myths that you hold in your mind. The expectations are the only thing that will disappoint you, but it is very important to expect something from yourself to initiate'.

The best part of the convention was that the experts from management institutes not just talked but also deciphered the pattern of psychologies in young entrepreneurs and their fears. One of the speakers explained that it is very important to be practical when you discuss Management.

While having an outlay of what a good organization looks like or what are its components, the young minds get confused and fall for a debate with their conscience.

Every individual and organization has different myths, sometimes alike and rest of the times different. The juniors have a myth that the seniors are here to let us know what we are doing wrong and they start perceiving a great leader in them, they try following the behavior, start admiring and imitating that senior. Having a senior around, who corrects you or guides you is always good but forming an image and imitating others might limit your own understanding of things.

Well, these myths are contagious, and could affect an individual"s approach by robbing him of his creativity, freshness in ideas when he"s scaled on competitive landscape.

Another expert from management institutes added that this is evident in cases when someone proposes ideas which fall outlandish or are already in use.

Every management student should remember whenever in team or individually you start a task or note down an idea, stop and check if is this real you or you are being overcast by an image of some person, which you believed is an expert.

It is always hard to criticize your internal ideas that can become legends, so seek a perspective and question your ideas from a third person's eyes. With such opinions in mind, reconsider your ideas.

Does it seem crazy?
