Management

Friendlys solutions streamline customers provisioning

process and service center workflow, providing an improved customer experience

and reducing MTN Cyprus service costs.

Friendly Technologies, a leading device and home management

solutions provider, announced today that MTN Cyprus Ltd.,

one of the largest telecommunications providers in Cyprus, selected Friendlys

TR-069 ACS platform for managing the entire service life cycle of its Broadband

Data Service.

Friendlys solution enables MTN to remotely

manage and automate broadband service activation, troubleshooting and problem

resolution to make customer interactions easy, efficient and effective.

By using

the Friendly Support Center Solution (also called the Friendly CSR), MTNs

Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) are able to handle larger number of

calls, resolve problems quickly and manage complex services significantly

reducing support costs.

Printec, a

leading telecommunication systems integrator, will be consulting, integrating

and supporting MTN in its implementation of the Friendly's solution.

We are delighted to be working with a leading operator such as MTN

Cyprus, enabling improved time-to-market and
