Check out the costumes for a moment. More than half the store will be sexy costumes for women. That alone should tell you something. I've had some guys tell me that they don't want to go that route.
That's fine, if you don't feel like having an easy time meeting women. What's better than going out to a party, dressing up and having a good time, and meeting women who are wearing those sexy costumes?
Here are some tips if you want to have an easy time meeting women at Halloween parties:
1) Try not to go alone if you can help it.
It's almost always better to go with at least one other person, preferably a woman. You want to get attention from women right away, the good kind of attention and that is just way easier to do when you arrive with a woman or two. Just make sure that it's clear that you are not "with" them. You don't want to get mistaken for being a boyfriend of some other female if your goal is to meet women.
2) Wear something.
Don't be that guy that goes to a Halloween party and is "too cool" to dress up. That's part of the fun and it is what will get you some attention. Be a pirate, a cop, or something funny. Whatever it is, it doesn't really matter too much. However, if you are that guy who is just too cool to dress up, chances are you are not going to have a good time.
3) Mingle with the crowd.
You aren't going to do too well if you are too bashful to mix and mingle. The whole key to picking up women at a festive party is to become a part of it. You'll do much better if women see you mixing and mingling and having a good time as opposed to looking like you are out of your element and you would rather be somewhere else. It's an easy time to meet women and have some fun, so why not participate in all the action?
