subject: Tips For Dealing With Bad Sex [print this page]

Lights are down, soft music plays, the mood is set, but you dont feel any passion between you and your partner. Some couples dont feel the passion and excitement of sex as they did before and how to keep the fire burning has always been a question to many.

The Media changed it all

Thanks to movies and TV shows, the perception of sex has become more romantic then it really is. The idea has become blown up, and people expect more from it. This is why they sometimes feel that its not enough and maybe theyre not doing enough to reach that best sex ever feeling. Sometimes, they also put the blame on their partner, thinking he or she is just not any good with making love.

But the media isnt exactly the bad guy, as it has also changed the way safe sex is perceived. We cant deny that a lot of people are ill with life threatening STDs and STIs, but the media has helped educate people to become more cautious about protecting themselves.

No movie scenes

Real life sex should never be measured up to what one sees in bed scenes. Everything doesnt go as well as the movies, and awkward, silly and funny things happen to real people when they have sex. People are still trapped in the idea that every time they have sex, they climax. But good sex doesnt have to end with an orgasm. Keep in mind that no matter how boring you think your sex life is, you can make it better.

Better in bed

If you want a better sexual experience, then dont concentrate on your sexual wants alone. Know how your partner thinks about sex and find a leeway. Both of you need to be satisfied, so talk it over with them. You can also out new things, take a long break from sex and just randomly have it, surprise yourselves and get creative, and have fun. It shouldnt be taken too seriously or else you wont enjoy it.

Open up

People have a tendency to be sensitive and shy when talking about sex, even with their own partners. They say that theyre afraid of hurting their other halfs feelings if they tell them that they dont enjoy having sex with them. But remember, if you keep your partner in the dark, youre not going to go anywhere. Keep it open and keep it safe. Communication and safe sex should go hand in hand for a better sex life.
