subject: The Nokia 6730 Review [print this page] The Nokia 6730 looks really clean and simple, with the kind of design that has made Nokia such a popular brand. It weighs 83 grams and measures 12.6 x 46 x 112mm, which is very slim indeed. Screen size is only 2.2 inches, which is not nearly the size that mobile phones have been coming out with, but it is more than suitable. Beneath the screen is a large square navigational pad for moving around the interface, and the keypad is beneath that. The keys themselves are completely flat with the phone (highlighting how thin it is), and you can only pick up the Nokia 6730 in white.
There is a music player that will support the popular formats. There is only 48 mega bytes of internal memory, but this can be increased by using a MicroSd card. Also, there is an FM Radio. Sound quality is decent.
The camera has 3 mega pixels (the standard in todays market) and in terms of advanced camera features only has auto-focus and an LED flash. Nokia have also included another camera on the front of the phone that can be used for video calls.
Application-wise the Nokia 6730 has Nokia Maps, a GPS receiver and GPS navigation. There is great internet connectivity with gprs, edge and 3g. However there is no wifi unfortunately.
In summary the Nokia 6730 is a look back by Nokia on what makes a great, standard phone. Yes it is simple looking and doesnt really have any advanced features. However it looks decent enough and the functions it does perform, it performs exceptionally well.
