1. The heat exchanger with heat accumulating type

This heat exchanger is an ancient heat exchanger device of rotary kiln. It can preheat the air to a much higher temperature (up to 1300) and its service life is long. At present, this heat exchanger is still widely used in the steel making open hearth, iron making blast furnace, hot blast heater and the glass tank. The disadvantage of this heat exchanger is bulky, which makes it difficult to reversing.

2. The heat exchanger with the metal tube shape

This heat exchanger is assembly welded by a row of seamless steel pipe. It is made of the plain carbon steel and aluminized steel. Its preheating temperature is 200 to 400 and it has good air tightness. The disadvantage of this heat exchanger is that its heated area is small and its service life is not long.

3. The sheet-like heat exchanger

This heat exchanger is made of the oblateness iron-casting pipe with flake rib. Its outstanding advantage is that the heat transfer area is big, the size is small, the heat transfer coefficient is big, the heat recovery rate can reach 40%, and the air tightness is good.

4. The plate-fin heat exchanger

This heat exchanger, also known as the fin heat exchanger, is a kind of high efficiency heat exchanger which is successfully developed at abroad in the early eighties. It is mainly used for the heat recovery of high temperature flue gas. When the recovery rate reaches 60-70%, the fuel saving rate can reach 30%.

5. The radiation heat exchanger

Advantages: High preheat air temperature, small side resistance of the flue gas and long service life.

Disadvantage: When the side resistance turns big, this heat exchange can not preheat the coal gas.
