For example if someone on Twitter says I have just had the best Big Mac at McDonalds ever! then someone on the other side of the world may think He likes it so I might like it so that person may go and get a burger therefore increasing sales. But the amazing thing is that there may be thousands of people reading that once message on Twitter meaning 1000 more people may go and get a burger. This is the same with all products meaning you have the ability to reach the 2.3 Billion people on the internet.

Another good thing about eMarketing is that it is always available to the customers unlike other sources. If you advertise on the radio then your information is only available for around 30 seconds and then it is gone.

If you advertise on the internet your information is always there for people to see and if they need to refer back to the information on the advertisement then they can do so easily. In addition to this people do not even need to know your company name all they need to do is know what they are after. If they type in the product they want into a search engine like Google then your business could appear on the first page in front of a potential customers eyes.

EMarketing opens up your business to the whole world. When promoting on the radio you can only reach a certain are up to as big as a country but if you were just promoting online then you are available to everyone all over the world. This can help your business grow quickly which can make you more successful. EMarketing also allows small businesses to compete against well-known brands as everyone is on a level playing field whereas big companies will have more stores in the physical sense but online you both have 1 website.

Online marketing allows you to set up a business with next to no cost and you can start making money from the website almost immediately. This cannot happen with physical shops as you have your start-up costs for the building and staff whereas online you can run a business on your own. So it is obviously the easier way for you to become a successful business.

This adds to the fact that eMarketing is cheaper than traditional marketing because as mentioned before you rarely pay an upfront fee leaving you only paying for what you receive which means anyone can market. The only problem is that if you want to market on other peoples websites the more popular the website is the more it will cost you.
