By adding a little garlic from fresh garlic cloves the itch will disappear. Dilute the vinegar with water before applying as pure cider vinegar is probably too strong for most people. 3. Drink 2 to 3 glasses of buttermilk daily because it contains the beneficial bacteria needed to combat the infection. It is a good idea to drink some everyday even when no infection is present to prevent getting a new infection. Some more basic tips include drinking lots of water to help flush out toxins and excess sugar which can lead to an imbalance in internal body bacteria levels.
