Cut up onions, peppers, and other veggies ahead of time and stick them in freezer bags and put them in the freezer so that all you have to do is take them out and cook them when you need them. This makes it easy to cook healthy meals at home without taking up valuable time that you need during the week which means you will have more time in the days that you need it the most.
Delegate some of your tasks to somebody else in the family. Nobody ever said that you have to do it all yourself. Give children that are old enough simple tasks such as taking out garbage or sweeping floors and it will add minutes to your day.
Finally, one of the best ways to add minutes to your day is to set your alarm clock a few minutes earlier each day. Set you clock a few minutes earlier every day until you have added an extra hour to your days and you will have more time and hardly notice the difference because you did it in small increments.
