You dont want to appear to keen or think you will drop everything for him as he will be bored of this soon.
Guys like it when they have to chase after a girl. If they have a girl on their plate they will lose interest almost immediately. Dont be rude about it but make him chase for what he wants, you dont want to be the one doing all the chasing when he gets bored.
Keep an eye on their behaviour. Make sure they are being polite and if you go out for dinner, they pull your chair out and pay the bill. Never expect a guy to pay for every single date you go on, if he suggests an expensive date then expect him to pay.
