subject: Build Muscle With Igf-1 [print this page]

Human growth hormone has been a craze for decades now, particularly among body builders and strength enthusiasts who are always looking for a way to step off the plateau and break their limits to the next level. However, when a person takes human growth hormone, or HGH, the chemical has to be broken down in the person's liver. Once it's broken down, the HGH turns into something called IGF-1. However, you can cut out the middle man by simply taking IGF-1, which is derived from Velvet Deer Anthler, in the first place.

Velvet Deer Anthler, and the subsequent IGF-1 that is derived from it, has been studied by science, and the initial results are very good. IGF-1 has been tested on laboratory rats, as well as on human children, and it's been shown to operate at least as effectively as human growth hormone does. In many situations is has worked more efficiently, leading to much better results than expected.

When someone takes human growth hormone the results are two fold. First, it leads to an improved repair of muscle fibers that are damaged during exercise. It also leads, in many cases, to additional muscle fibers being created which leads to enhanced muscle growth. IGF-1 had these same results in the trials that it was tested in, however it led to much higher results than standard HGH according to what the test results said. And of course there was the added benefit that the IGF-1 that was taken from Velvet Deer Anthler didn't have to be broken down in the subjects' livers; it could go straight to work in the body, for faster and stronger results than what more traditional HGH would have given them.

If you look at the market now, you'll see that IGF-1 has turned into a buzzword to try and sell more muscle building products. If you want to get some IGF-1 into your workout routine to help you add bulk and to lengthen out your lean muscle, you need to be sure to read the labels with a fair amount of care. You want to check to be sure that the mixture contains more than a trace amount of IGF-1, and you should check to make sure that it's the main ingrediant for muscle building. Some companies will use both IGF-1 and HGH for a combination build, and if that's not what you want, be careful.
