become a success in Internet Marketing. This first article will be to start you thinking.

2) Generate targeted traffic
3) Generate subscribers
4) Build your network
1) As for selling something, pay close attention here because I am going to let you in
on what is perhaps the greatest marketing secret known. It is far easier to
persuade somebody to get what they already want than to create a demand for
something they dont want. Zig Ziglar was famous for his statement You can get
everything you want in life if you just help enough people get what they want. Sell
them what they want. It is now your job to find what they want and help them get
it. Easy as that.
2) This is a definite MUST. You must learn how to drive traffic to your site or
landing page. There are many, many ways in which to do this. Some cost money,
some cost you your time. Nothing is FREE. You either pay with money or your
time. Get the right type of traffic to your site and you can not help but be
successful. A combination of these is usually the best bet. Learn to use both
3) Generating subscribers is akin to building your list. Building a list is not a hobby.
It is a BUSINESS. It is your responsibility and opportunity to send relevant
messages to your list to give them something to think about and to give yourself a
pay raise whenever you want. You build subscribers by giving. If all you do is try
to sell something every time you contact them you will lose them as contacts. GIVE
something of value and they will stay with you.
4) Network, Network, Network. Your network can bring in more subscribers and also
bring you business partners to joint venture with. The more people you know and
work with the more information you can share and you can build a huge alliance.
People will help you in more ways than you can imagine if you give them the
opportunity.
It is not only my opinion, but that of many very successful marketers that everything you
do as far as online marketing should be based on one thing. BUILDING YOUR LIST.
But PLEASE,PLEASE, PLEASE!!! Do it the right way. Nobody, including yourself, likes
spam. And this could be the quickest way to get you out of business.
There are many ways to build a permission based email list and it is your responsibility
to do it in this manner. Just do it the right way and you will see that even you can be
successful.
