Guard Buddy can provide fast response and quality reports and can ultimately replace your regular Alarm Response Docket with its cost effective and high-tech features.
One feature of Guard Buddy is the Site Details. This can be entered manually or you can use the existing information from your contacts list on your mobile phone. The app needs to know the location of the Job first. The mandatory fields required to be entered is the Job Name, Address, Suburb, Stare, Zip/Post Code and Job Description. After the Site Details have been filled in, the Get Directions feature of the App can be launched if the Security Officer needs to be given directions to job site at street-level. This feature uses Google Maps for cost effective navigation. With this feature, there is no need for a GPS Navigator Unit or any other software app.
Guard Buddy also has a Call Back option which enables the security officer to call the contact that requested the job, easily.
In this site detail screen, there is a Reference Number space if ever you need it for a Control Room Job number and a Date/Time Requested field as well.
At times, an officer may be requested to lock or unlock a premises outside their normal routine. There is an available tick box to select either a Yes or No if a fee was collected by the guard during the service call, this is helpful for billing. Also if a client requests random patrols, there is also a quantity field, to enter the number of random patrols requested, also helpful for billing.
Where we can save time for you, we do, guard buddy also has a Patrol Quick Note Drop down field saving the security officer time. There are fields for zone numbers and descriptions and also for extra comments. After the Officer Arrives and Departs a Date/Time can be selected, the Time Duration field will automatically show the time spent on site in minutes, again this is helpful for billing. Further down youll find, tick boxes to indicate Attempted or Confirmed Break and Enter and space for Key holders/Police names with Arrival Times. To assure clients that you are a licensed professional, there is a field for the Attending Security Officer Information as well. To suit a wide variety of countries, out of the 3 fields apply to the Security Officers Information, only the Security Officer Name field must be completed.
