Mayabunder is in northern side of Middle Andaman Island and it has mangrove creeks, dazzling beaches and scenic beauty. Thousands of parrots can be seen returning to their homes before sunset at Parrot Island. Referred to as twin islands, Ross Island and Smith Island are highly attractive. Snake Island is a spectacular island which has large collection of corals, goatfishes and trigger fishes. Havelock Island is the most eye-striking island and it was named after Henry Havelock. It has a market where snorkeling kits, t-shirts, diving accessories and hats can be purchased. Wandoor beach and Jolly Buoy Island are excellent places for snorkelers and scuba divers. Known as natural bowl of Andaman, Neil Island is a mesmerizing island. It is connected to Port Blair through daily boats. Mount Harriet is the highest point in Andaman. In Nicobar Islands, Scrubfowl or Megapode can be found. They have big feet, claws and small tail and they move together in small groups or pairs. They venture out on seashores during night. Limestone cave is a large cave in Baratang Island. In this cave limestone formations are glowed from sides and dangled from ceiling.
