The teams which will be taking part in the tourney includes Sri Lanka (the host), Zimbabwe, Australia, Ireland, Afghanistan, India, South Africa, New Zealand, Bangladesh, West Indies, Pakistan and England. The tournament, which will be kicking off from The 18th of Sep, will hold the initiatory match played between the hosts the Sri Lanka and the Zimbabwe team. England will be defending their title, as they were the champions of the previous T20 word cup. The 20 life of unstoppable cricket will be finished on the 7th of Oct when the grand finale will be played at the Premdasa Stadium.
