The Port of Hueneme will be going bananas Saturday, September 29 during the 1st Annual Port of Hueneme Banana Festival, which includes exotic banana foods, upbeat entertainment, an auto pavilion, recipe contest, a local farmers market and kids activities. Celebrating Oxnards cultural diversity, the 17th Annual Multicultural Festival takes place October 6 in downtown Oxnard and provides tons of family fun including live music, food vendors, exhibitors, demonstrations and hands-on activities.

For car lovers, the Channel Islands Harbor is hosting the Ventura Vintage Rods Harbor Run 22 taking place on Sunday, September 9 at 8 a.m. The free event includes over 250 pre-1975 classic cars on display. Its a great opportunity to see the classics up close and personal!

The Oxnard Film Society presents Monday Night Foreign Film Series the first and third Mondays of each month at the Plaza Cinemas 14 in Centennial Plaza.
