Term 1: Mean.
Problem 1:
Research the answer for sample mean questions. Where the samples are 20,30,40,50,60,70.Find the mean value.
Solution:
The formula for mean = (Addition of all sample values ) /( Total number of sample values).
= (20+30+40+50+60+70) / 6.
=270 / 6.
= 45.
So the mean value = 45.
Problem 2:
Research the answer for sample mean questions. Where the samples are 25,35,45,55,65.Find the mean value.
Solution:
The formula for mean = (Addition of all sample values) / (Total number of sample values).
= (25+35+45+55+65) / 5.
=225 /5.
= 45.
So the mean value of given sample is 45.
Term 2: Median
Problem 1:
Research the answer for sample median questions. Where the samples are 100,50,70,30,10,60,20,80,90,40.Find the median
Solution:
Step 1: For finding the median, first sort the values.
10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100.
Step 2: find two middle values. To find the median take average of that both values.
Median = 50+60 /2.
= 110 /2.
= 55.
Thus the median is 55.
Problem 2:
Research the answer for sample median questions. Where the samples are 25,45,75,95,5,35,65,15,85,55.Find the median
Solution:
Step 1: For finding the median, first sort the values.
5,15,25,35,45,55,65,75,85,95.
Step 2: find two middle values. To find the median take average of that both values.
Median = 45+55 /2.
= 100 /2.
= 50.
Thus the median is 50.
Term 3: Mode
Problem 1:
Research the answer for sample median questions. Where the samples are 12,23,87,45,67,87.
Solution:
The mode is defined as; to choosing the highest frequency from the set of data is called as mode.
From our problem, we have the highest value as 87 and also it is presented as twice from our data.
So, the mode is 87.
Problem 2:

Solution:
The mode is defined as; to choosing the highest frequency from the set of data is called as mode.
