Is a statement that is made by the majority of the medical professionals that I serve. The reason why the statement is becoming regular is because of the quality of results achieved. I do make it a point to mention that its not how many properties you have though the quality of return. It just so happens my short list is prepared for both.

Brian: Right. Well, I think whats important to me really is that if youre actually looking for me to be coming back, as such, to keep coming back and doing another project and another project, then I dare say the initial project that youd be doing with me would be probably something that youd be really focused on and if weve both got the same desired outcome as far as, you know, reducing our workload, improving my lifestyle as such, were fairly much in the same, you know, in the same lite, on the same page as such.
Mark: Yep.
Brian: So its much more than property at the end of the day, really. Its something that were looking at for a long-term prospect.
Mark: Yes.
Brian: Its not just the one property then, is it really, that youre after?
Mark: Thats right. And its not uncommon for me to talk to my medical clients, wholl say, Ive got a strategy, I want to buy one every three years, for example. And if were going to, if I know thats peoples intentions, if I can make the first one work, obviously Id love to be considered first and then three years, the second one, and a third one. Im a business person, I make money out of this. I also make sure I tell my clients how I make my money and how, if theyre using me, they actually save money.
However, from a lazy business model, if thats the right term, we have got people coming back and saying, Mark, Im ready to go again, or I shoot them some information and say, Hi, there, I think youre probably right for this one, how about we go here again? And we can do some pretty things at times and different, you know, different ways of creating money through property. For those people who have invested with me before and who understand how we work and we have that level of trust. I can introduce them to some pretty mind-blowing stuff at times.
Brian: Right. Well, very impressive, very impressive.
