subject: The Summer Of 2012 Or How I Lost 20 Pounds This Summer! [print this page]

I was going to upload some of those before/after photos you know the ones:

pot-belly to fat-belly, no more love-handles, etc. But I decided instead to compare how I felt about myself before/after. Im sure a lot of people will be able to identify with this. First, a little background info.

It started this Spring 2012, when I decided to get back in shape to look good in my swimming trunks at the beach. I must say, I have noticed this is getting more and more difficult each year. My exercise program left me hungry, and I felt that I had earned those extra goodies afterwards. It always worked in the past, so why not now?

By the middle of June, I had actually gained a few pounds and was quite depressed. A good friend told me about his positive experience with Lean28 diet drops. He said the whole thing was a lot easier than the pain and agony I was going through.

So on July 1st, 2012, I began the Lean28 Diet Program, and now 6 weeks and minus 27 pounds later I feel great. Heres a list of my before/after Lean28 feelings.

Before Lean28 got up in the morning and had a big breakfast according to the experts that should be your biggest meal. After breakfast, I felt sluggish and tired.

After Lean28 2 eggs and oatmeal, and a piece of toast ready for action.

Before morning exercise program sit-ups, push-ups, etc. shower and a granola bar with some coffee.

After no morning exercise program no snacks. I got some work done while listening to music.

Before Lunch After my tough exercise program, I would treat myself to a nice lunch. A pizza, or sandwich and chips.

After Half-pound of white chicken, ( or shrimps or Filet Mignon) w/ vegetables and fruit.

Before afternoon snack granola bar and a soft drink.

After Granola bar and some popcorn.

Before Dinner usually leftovers of some Fast-Food with a soft drink.

After Half pound of tuna ( or crab meat), cottage cheese, veggies and fruit.

Before Evening 30-40 minute Jogging, followed by a beer ( and maybe a snack).

After no exercise program and no snack.

The biggest difference is really the way I felt all day.

Before, I was always tired after eating or hungry after exercising. I was usually frustrated and upset.

Now, I feel alive lots of energy, and much more time for hobbies.

I feel like I can recommend this Program to anybody who seriously wants to change their lifestyle, find the energy that they used to have. I feel this has been the best diet for me.
