Our hair is made up of protein thus incorporate foods in your diet that are rich in protein. Fish, eggs, yogurt and soy protein should be consumed for the intake of good amount of protein. Other than nutrition, daily habits like constant brushing and combing your hair will definitely damage it and likewise taking a head bath with too much of hot water is also not good for your hair.
