Does that mean there is no solution to this epidemic? Many people failed to lose weight because they dont have proper understanding of the causes, effect and solution.
One of the major factors or causes of body weight in most of these countries such as United State is cultural habit. Cultural habit means the type of the food been taken by the citizen such as fries, doughnuts etc which contain high calories. Taking high calories food requires little exercise little to burn it in other to maintain balance. Just simple mathematics, you eat a lot of food and exercise little definitely you will gain weight.
You eat little and exercise a lot very sure you will lose weight. The major cause of weight gain is inability to maintain energy balance. if you consume that same amount of calories you burn, there may be no change which mean you must burn more calories than you take.
Another major factor is lack of exercise
Many people are find it difficult to engage in simple exercise, and there are many activities which has taken more time from people such as game .At work, school, television and video game has taken more time in the day. Exercise is no more concern, as there are many benefits associate with physical exercise apart from been losing weight, it should be in your daily activities even for just five minutes can really help.
In my own observation, there is need to introduce physical education to school curriculum, there is needs for children to engage in physical activities all the time, when they have adapted to it, it will be very easier when they grow and become an adult and eventually find themselves among obese, it will not be a difficult task any more to them, also physical exercise will not be a problem once they have been engaging in physical activities at childhood.
Inability or lack of access to healthy foods, healthy food should be a major food to be taken such as fresh fruit, vegetable and other diet foods. This can really help to avoid taken more food with very high calories. For you to achieve this there must be discipline, I mean discipline yourself by moving away from high calories food.
