Once you have installed guard buddy security application on your mobile device, your next step will be to launch the application. When the security app is opened, you will see Guard Buddy app interface with many options and fields. It is known as the Home Screen.
Along the bottom of the Home Screen, you will see the word SETTINGS in capital letters. Click on Settings to enter the Settings Screen. Once there, you will see the option ADD LOGO. This option allows you add the logo of your company. You can click on the green BROWSE button to choose company logo icon from your mobile device. Image dimensions and image format will be shown below the browse button.
Other options include Phone, Fax, Mobile Number, E-Mail. These are necessary contact details of your company. Below that you will see the fields labeled Add Title and Add Number. These fields are for the 3 Quick Dial Buttons on the Home Screen. Once you have entered these details, you can click on the Save button at the bottom of the Settings Screen. This information will then be displayed on the Home Screen. Also your Company Logo and Contact details will be shown at the top of the Security Officers Report PDF.
