Select the furniture that is flexible and has enough leg space. If you are running out of space then see to it that the furniture is set up in a way which makes the room look spacious and not overcrowded.

The layout of the room can be in the traditional manner with rows of chairs and tables. This set up is usually suitable when the number of people to be trained is more than 10. A horseshoe type of arrangement can also be used if the number of trainees is less. It gives more room for the interaction while keeping the trainer in focus. In addition to it, such a setup gives a glance of the professional environment, the trainee will enter into and avoids the boredom associated with the classrooms type environment.

Have a proper wiring system installed at the initial stage of room construction such that when the internet connections and other wirings gets installed, the training room does not give an impression of a wire jungle.

The trainees should have a learning experience which should include quality instructions from an efficient trainer, documentations, hands on activities and problem solving sessions. The trainer may not be experts but they should be able to handle the fielding questions and solve them effectively.
