Mandibular advancement splint devices and nose strips are also very affective in correcting snoring disorders caused due to lack of enough space for the passage of air for breathing.
Using nasal and throat spray: Swelling of the nasal tissue during sleep is a natural process. This can also be a reason for snoring. Nasal sprays can reduce this swelling of the nasal tissue to provide efficient space for air passing while throat sprays soften the throat tissue to provide a noise free sleep.
Medical treatment: The last option is taking a surgery to correct the problem that is causing snoring. Conditions like larger throat and nasal tissues can only be corrected by undergoing a medical procedure to remove them.
