Stone production lines are divided into two types, gravel production line and sand production line. Main equipments of stone production line
1. For stone production line, if the hardness of broken material is no more than 320Mpa, such as granite, basaltic stone, all can apply secondary level stone production line. The main equipments are: vibrating feeder - jaw crusher (primary crushing) - stone crusher (secondary crushing, can be counterattack crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher) - vibrating screen - finished stone, among these machines using belt conveyor for materials transmission.
2. When the material hardness is no more than 150Mpa, for saving the customers cost and improving work efficiency, generally it uses the one-step forming equipment. The main equipments are: vibrating feeder-- high efficiency compound crusher (i.e. - two-in-one crusher, through the special design it can crush large materials to the ideal size one time, generally is hammer crusher) -- vibrating screen-- finished gravel, among these machines using belt conveyor for transmitting materials.
Basic flow of stone production line
Large stone via feed bin evenly is sent into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, the broken stone is conveyed by belt conveyor to counterattack crusher for further broken. The fine stone is delivered by belt conveyor into the vibrating screen for screening to several different specifications. The stone that meets the size requirement will be transmitted to the finished stone pile by belt conveyer of finished products. The stone that doesnt satisfy the granularity request will be reverted to impact crusher by belt conveyor for crushing again. It forms a closed-circuit repeated broken circulation. The granularity of finished product can be combined and classified according to user's requirements. For the protection of environment, it can be equipped with auxiliary dust removal equipment.
