Finally, this very thing happens on a daily basis with numerous companies.Some managers and supervisors will work for themselves as opposed to the company.The individual parts will get nowhere without the others.The words team player might be some of the most hated words ever.But, they should not be ignored.Its time that all employees get with the program and understand how valuable they really are.
