These items do not have to be limited to the bathroom.
Shopping online is a great way to find what you are looking for. You will be surprised at what would actually work for sheers or drapes in the rest of your house. For the "sheers" in my bedroom, I just wove the curtain rod through the ring holes in the top of the shower curtain. But you can use shower curtain rings or hooks to attach a "drape" to the rod. This will also add an element of design.
