Two Part, Three Part, Tanks and Atomizers
There are smokeless cigarettes using a three part system that requires the user to drip e-liquid into the atomizer almost every time it is used. Pretty messy and a hassle. There are electronic cigarettes that use refillable tanks. Sort of ugly and again a bit of a mess to keep filled.
Two part systems use a pre-filled disposable flavor cartridge (sometimes referred to as a cartomizer). All you have to do is screw on a new Flavor Cartridge when needed and toss the old one. Simple, easy, no mess and no hassle.

VG or PG?
Huh? Whats that? All electronic cigarette e-liquid contains something that actually makes the vapor you see. There are two ingredients used to accomplish this:
Propylene Glycol (PG): A food additive based on hydrocarbons synthetically produced by cracking crude oil
Vegetable Glycerin (VG): An all natural food additive created from palm oil.
One reality to electronic cigarettes is that almost all the components are manufactured in China. Many of the vapor cigarette suppliers get both the hardware (batteries, chargers, etc) and the e-liquid direct from China. Almost without exception, the Chinese versions of e-liquid use Propylene Glycol.
