Tip #2 - Take Great Care of Your List Community - Notice the phrase "list community." Your list community is not just a bunch of email addresses to which you market your resources. It's a community of people with live hearts and live minds, looking to you to lead them in achieving their dreams.

If you can't get into that and enjoying leading and taking care of your community, then you are probably in the wrong business. This does not mean you have to be an extrovert. You just need to be able to take great care of your community and lead them.

And here is the bottom line:

Take great care of your list community and they will take great care of you.

Tip #3 - Create Multiple Streams of List Building - When I first came online full-time in 2007 there were a few really good ways to consistently build your list. Now it is so much easier and simpler to create multiple streams of list building.

Then leverage Social Media for list building. But wait a minute Jeff, aren't the people on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn already on your Social Marketing list?
